1. Service Description

CACnigeria.ng provides a professional filing service for business and company registrations with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria. We act as an independent filing agent on your behalf.

Important: CACnigeria.ng is not the Corporate Affairs Commission. We are a private entity offering professional filing assistance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the CAC or the Federal Government of Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Have a valid Nigerian identity document (NIN, passport, or driver's license).
Have a valid email address and phone number.

3. Service Tiers & Pricing

Business Name — Standard: ₦25,000 — 5–7 business days processing.
Business Name — 24hr Express: ₦45,000 — Within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
LLC — Standard: ₦85,000 — 5–7 business days processing.
LLC — 24hr Express: ₦120,000 — Within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

All prices include applicable CAC government fees. Pricing is subject to change; the price at checkout is final.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paystack in Nigerian Naira (₦). By making a payment, you authorize us to begin processing your application immediately. Payment is non-refundable once filing has commenced, except as described in Section 6.

5. Your Responsibilities

Ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and matches your identity documents.
Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification.
Ensure your proposed business name complies with CAC naming guidelines.
You are responsible for the legality of your intended business activities.

6. Refund Policy

Name Rejection: If all your proposed names are rejected by the CAC, we will refile with new names at no additional cost (up to 2 refiles).
Full Rejection: If your application is permanently rejected by the CAC due to reasons beyond your control, you are entitled to a 70% refund of the service fee.
Cancellation Before Filing: If you cancel before we submit to the CAC, a 90% refund will be issued within 7 business days.
No Refund: Once the CAC issues your certificate, no refund is available.

7. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates based on normal CAC operations. While we make every effort to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to CAC system downtime, public holidays, or additional verification requirements. Express filing is prioritized but not guaranteed within exactly 24 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

CACnigeria.ng acts as a filing agent and is not responsible for decisions made by the CAC. We do not guarantee approval of any application. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CACnigeria.ng — including design, text, logos, and code — is owned by CACnigeria.ng and protected under Nigerian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
